The oil is always very fresh, green and pungent on release and grows slowly more buttery as the oil matures. Crafted in the true Tuscan style, the oil has great black and white pepper character in the finish with up-front flavors of apple, artichoke and wheatgrass. Bottle is 250 ml, beautiful Italian workmanship, with a new unbreakable stopper and a great label featuring Chanda's wonder-hound Oliver!
